Objective
UNIQLO × Phoenix Palladium required more than a store announcement—it needed a moment of arrival. As Phoenix Palladium expanded, the goal was to introduce UNIQLO in a way that felt bold, cinematic, and unmistakably present, setting the tone for the new retail experience from the very first interaction.

A CGI-enhanced directional film turning wayfinding into a visual journey
Through CGI, VFX, and motion design, conventional retail communication was reimagined as immersive storytelling—where movement, scale, and atmosphere guided audiences intuitively through the space.
