Client Overview
Swati Parkside is a premium real estate project located in Ahmedabad, designed to offer a blend of luxury living and serene green spaces. The client wanted to engage potential homebuyers in a fresh and unique way through social media and video marketing.
Objective
The goal was to create a series of 9 engaging videos that would stand out in the real estate sector, drawing attention to Swati Parkside’s unique amenities and lifestyle offerings, while also entertaining and retaining the audience's attention.
Our Approach
We decided to integrate the concept of "Trick Shots" into each video, using various elements of the property (such as the pool, sports, and recreational areas) as the backdrop for these entertaining and skillfull shots. The idea was to create fun, shareable content that could go viral, while subtly highlighting the lifestyle and facilities of Swati Parkside.
Execution
Our production team meticulously planned and executed each trick shot, combining creativity, skill, and precise timing. Some key highlights include:

•Shot 7- A glimpse of what the Swati Parkside experience is all about.
•Shot 8- Showcasing stunning gardens and luxurious lounges.
Results
The videos were a huge success on social media, garnering thousands of views and shares. This approach helped Swati Parkside:

•Increase footfall for property site visits.
